The National Monuments Service's description

This low standing stone, not marked on the OS maps, is located in flat marshy land, about 370m SE of KE090-022----. It stands .95m high and is irregular in elevation, measuring 1m x .3m at base; E-W.

The above description is derived from A. O'Sullivan and J. Sheehan (compilers), 'The Iveragh peninsula: an archaeological survey of South Kerry'. Cork University Press (1996), no. 158. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
