The National Monuments Service's description

Located in rough boggy pasture S of Eagles Lough, on the W side of a tributary of the Sneem river. Foundations of three drystone structures.

(1) KE090-007----; Roughly built circular hut with a stone-faced platform at S. D: 2.2m x 2.1m.

(2) KE090-007001-; Downslope to S a semicircular outline beneath a dense stone scatter. D: 2.3m.

(3) KE090-007002-; Located 7m to E of the latter, a circular hut with a defaced N side. D: 2.1m.

The above description is derived from A. O'Sullivan and J. Sheehan (compilers), 'The Iveragh peninsula: an archaeological survey of South Kerry'. Cork University Press (1996), no. 1257. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
