The National Monuments Service's description

Possible Oratory: The sod-covered foundations of this rectangular structure are located N of the internal enclosure (KE087-033007-), close to the centre of the site. They measure .5m high internally and are 1.5m wide. Internally the building measures 2.7m E-W x 2.3m N-S. A large slab set on end occurs on either side of a .7m wide entrance gap at W.

The above description is derived from O'Sullivan, A. and Sheehan, J. (compilers) 'The Iveragh peninsula: an archaeological survey of South Kerry'. Cork University press. (1996), no. 966. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
