The National Monuments Service's description

Within the S quadrant of an enclosure (KE083-023023-) and within a relict field system (KE083-023002-). The remains of a circular hut site (diam. 3m) defined by the collapsed lower courses of a stone wall (T 0.7m; H 0.4m), the S arc of which is incorporated into the enclosing element of the enclosure. There is a scatter of loose stones along the perimeter and within the level interior.

The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry. Volume I: South-West Kerry' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2009). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
