The National Monuments Service's description
In mountain heath (74m OD), on a gentle N-facing slope, on S side of Owenroe River valley, adjacent to W of a small stream; Mullaghanattin mountain to S. A slightly rough and fractured sandstone (dims. 17m NE-SW; 7m NW-SE; max. H 1.50m) which is rectangular in plan. This stone bears two weathered decorative surfaces upon the SE-facing aspect and upon flat top, both bearing picked motifs. The SE-facing decorative surface (dims. 1.50m NNW-SSE; 1.30m ENE-WSW) bears at least four meandering grooves that disappear under sod at SE. A curvilinear motif (L 94cm; Wth 1.5cm; D 3-4mm) is located at E end of the decorated surface. A Y-shaped meandering line extends (L 55cm WSW-ENE) from ground level and turns at a right angle (L 70cm NW-SE; Wth 1-3cm; D 3-4mm) to NW, forking toward upper end, in centre of decorated surface. A meandering line (L c. 50cm; Wth 1cm; D 2-3mm) is located c. 30cm to SW at its closest point. A second, shorter curvilinear motif is adjacent to SE. The decorated surface upon top of rock (dims. 0.80m NNW-SSE; 0.60m ENE-WSW) bears natural striations (long-axis NW-SE) and at least two meandering lines (Wth 1cm; D 3-4mm) of pickmarks. There are three possible cupmarks (diam. 2.5-3cm; D 4-5mm) within the vicinity. A post and wire fence is to immediate E of rock art motifs. Possibly upon same rock expanse (long-axis NE-SW) as rock art (KE082-102----) c. 14m to E.
