The National Monuments Service's description
National Monument No. 59. Stone Crosses: (2) (KE079-032012-) This elongated slate slab features opposed pairs of notches on its edges. It was recovered from a disturbed area outside the S wall of the stone oratory. It measures .78m x .19m wide x .05m thick.
The above description is derived from A. O'Sullivan and J. Sheehan (compilers), 'The Iveragh peninsula: an archaeological survey of South Kerry'. Cork University Press (1996), no. 927. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
