The National Monuments Service's description
About 100m W of KE078-019----. A circular hut foundation KE078-026---- built on a level terrace which is .5m high and is revetted with large slabs on its S side. Upright slabs define the hut circle. D: 6.85m x 6.3m.
A drystone-built souterrain opens just off the S side of the hut at the base of the terrace. The opening, too small to allow access, is .5m wide x .35m high and leads into a passage which extends to NE. The coursed side-walls corbel inwards towards the roofing lintels. This is perhaps the site of the 'fort' referred to by Westropp, situated on the 'flank of Cool Hill' (1912, 298).
