The National Monuments Service's description

In rough hill pasture, on a S-facing slope, with occasional rock outcrops and surface boulders, and with views SE to the valley of the Flesk. The remains of a poorly preserved, roughly oval hut (3m E-W; 2.1m N-S) defined by the roughly-constructed lower courses of a collapsed drystone wall (T 0.65m; H 1m). Boulders are incorporated into the wall at N, S and SE. The E wall is totally collapsed. The N portion of the interior is cut (D 0.9m) into the upslope creating a level interior that is obscured by rubble. Another hut site (KE075-056003-) is c. 20m to the W.
