The National Monuments Service's description

In rough commonage, on level ground, on the SW bank of a stream. A horseshoe-shaped mound (11.4m NW-SE; 9.18m NE-SW; H 0.93m) of burnt material. A narrow grass path (Wth 0.7m) crosses the SE portion and creates a smaller mound (6.1m NE-SW; 3.5m NW-SE; H 0.6m) to the SE. The SE mound comprises a raised circular area (diam c. 2.3m) and is defined along the SE arc by two small rocks.
