The National Monuments Service's description

In level pasture, at the bottom of a steep NW-facing slope. In the 1930s, Capt. D.B. O'Connell noted that there was a 'slight mound which does not appear a natural formation' in the centre of a large field sloping down from a farmhouse (SMR file). Surrounding this mound was 'an eccentric circle of about a dozen large flagstones most of which appear on the surface as slight mounds. One is entirely uncovered and some others partly so' (ibid.).There are no visible remains of this enclosure. A shallow semicircular depression (9.5m NE-SW; D 0.25m) with a straight NE side (L 12m) formed by a NW-SE field boundary, may mark its location. There are numerous stones and large rocks scattered along the field boundary. O'Connell also noted a steep-sided depression in the ground, similar to a pond. There is a possible souterrain in this enclosure (KE075-010002-).
