The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture on the E side of a road. A one-storey rectangular gable-ended structure with a square three-storey tower centrally placed in the front elevation (NW-facing). Built of rusticated sandstone ashlar, partially rendered; the SW end of the one-storey building appears to be a concrete addition. Round-headed window opes with rusticated limestone surrounds. Tower has round-headed door ope at groundfloor level and is surmounted by parapet supported on corbels; plaque on NW side reads; 'HAH 1837'.
