The National Monuments Service's description

In mountain heath (163m OD), on a NE-facing slope, c. 6.5m to NW of stream. Good views overlooking Behy River valley to NE. A smooth and fractured sandstone (dims. 1.15m N-S; 0.90m E-W; max. H 0.30m at N) which is irregular in plan. It has a subrectangular decorated surface (dims. 0.33m N-S; 0.30m E-W) with a S-facing aspect. It bears well-preserved motifs consisting of a cup-and-partial-two-ring (overall dims. 23cm N-S; 30cm E-W) motif at N area of rock face. This motif consists of a central cupmark (diam. 4cm; D 6mm) enclosed by a partial inner and outer ring (Wth 2.5cm; D 2-4mm) to E and W. The inner and outer partial rings are joined at N and S ends to form a kidney shape to E and W of the central cupmark. The area between the N end of the kidney shapes is filled with pickmarks and the area to S is open. A cluster of random pickmarks are located close to S. Rock art (KE071-180----) is c. 11.5m to S.
