The National Monuments Service's description

In mountain heath and cutaway bog (167m OD), on a gentle NE-facing slope, c. 11m to ESE of rock art site (KE071-171----). Good views of Behy river valley to NE with Seefin and Droum Mountains in background. A slightly rough and fractured, sandstone rock outcrop (dims. 2.75m NNW-SSE; 2.5m ENE-WSW; H 0.9m at SE) which is triangular in plan. It has an irregular-shaped decorated surface (dims. 1m NNW-SSE; 0.9m ENE-WSW) with motifs upon the WSW-face, NE-face and top of the rock. The motifs are faint and weathered, yet traceable. Most of the decorative elements are located upon the WSW-facing aspect and consist of a meandering picked groove (Wth 1cm; D 3-4mm) forming a broad ‘M’-shape (total dims. 32cm N-S; 11cm E-W), just above ground level at SW margin. A second meandering picked groove is located upon SE area of decorated surface. A small cupmark (diam. 1.5cm; D 4mm) with occasional pickmarks in the vicinity are near ground level at W edge of stone. Two large cupmarks (diam. 7cm; D 8mm) are situated upon top of rock. An additional two cupmarks are noted upon the NE-facing aspect.
