The National Monuments Service's description

In mountain heath (173m OD), on a NE-facing slope, upon a conspicuous boulder overhanging stream, which is 0.6m to NE. Good views of Behy river valley to NE with Seefin and Droum Mountains in background. A slightly rough and fractured sandstone rock (dims. 4.42m N-S; 1.6m E-W; H 1.6m at NE) which is subrectangular in plan. It has a generally flat decorated surface (dims. 3.05m N-S; 0.55m E-W) with a gentle S-facing slope at S end. A cup-and-one-ring motif (total diam. 14cm) having a cupmark (diam. 6cm; D 5mm) and ring (Wth 1.5cm; D 2mm) is off-centre to N; Three cupmarks (average diam. 5.5cm; D 5mm) are close to NE, E and S. Two small, isolated cupmarks are further to NW and to S, near a fracture (long-axis ENE-WSW) across stone. A second cup-and-one-ring motif of similar dimensions is located at S end of decorated surface; two cupmarks are adjacent to SW. A small portion of rock at S end, has fractured away from main portion and bears three cupmarks (diam. 5cm; D 8mm). A flat stone with approximately five very weathered, possible cupmarks is c. 18m to NNW. Duplicate site with KE071-138----
