The National Monuments Service's description
Located on the bog-covered floor of the Glenbeigh horseshoe, on a slight rise immediately above Lough Naparka. A complex of five rectangular huts and a souterrain occurs within a network of field walls, partly submerged in boggy pasture. The internal dimensions of the huts range from 3.5m x 1.7m to 5.5m x 3m, and the coursed walls average 1m in width. They survive two to three courses high. The drystone-built souterrain (KE071-056002-) consists of two passages set at right angles to one another and communicated by a double lintelled creepway. The E-W passage measures 2.7m long, .9m high and 1.1m wide, and the N-S passage is 2m long, .9m high and .8m wide.
