The National Monuments Service's description

An abandoned two-storey house over a basement. The front elevation (N-facing) is of three bays. There is a central doorway with a semicircular fanlight hidden by a gabled porch and flanked by sidelights. There is a two-storey central projection at rear. The roof is hipped with two off-centre chimneys. The house is said to have been built in 1838 (Bary 1994, 85-6).
