The National Monuments Service's description
On Innisfallen Island in Lough Leane. One of two plain grave slabs (see KE066-072013----) in the chancel of the church of the Augustinian Abbey (KE066-072001-). It is chamfered and tapers from top to bottom (L 1.6-2m; Wth at top c. 0.6m; Wth at base c. 0.5m). There is no evidence of any inscription or decoration. There is a similar grave slab (KE066-072014-) in the nave of the church. (Weaver 1995)
