The National Monuments Service's description

In poorly drained pasture, with natural springs. A spread (diam. c. 15m) of burnt material. At the time of inspection, drainage works were being carried out in this field. According to local information, burnt stones and black earth were noted to the S when this field was last ploughed c. 1984. Another burnt spread (KE066-026002-) is c. 100m to the W and a possible enclosure (KE066-026004-) c. 50m to the SW.
