The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, on a S-facing slope with views S to Macgillucuddy's Reeks. This rath is indicated as a circular enclosure (diam. c. 20m) on the 1846 OS 6-inch map. It is evident as a circular area (diam. 23m) defined by traces of a levelled earthen bank (Wth c. 7m; int. H 0.1m; ext. H 0.15m) SW-NE and by intermittent traces of a bank NE-SW. The interior is under pasture and slopes down to the S.
