The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, on a gentle SE-facing slope. An abandoned one-storey rectangular house of early 19th-century appearance. The entrance front (SE-facing) is of five bays. The central doorway, with a fanlight, is framed by engaged wooden Ionic columns. The camber-headed windows, which have sash frames and glazing bars, have brick surrounds visible in places. The hipped roof has projecting eaves and a long central chimney. Farm buildings are arranged around the yard to the N. A ruined facade in the NW corner of the yard may be that of the 18th-century house mentioned by Bary (1994, 162-2).
