The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on the W bank of a stream, on a S-facing slope with views SW to the Paps of Dana. According to local information, burnt material was scattered here in the course of land reclamation many years ago. This material is not visible at ground level. This is the fulacht fia measuring '20 feet [6.09m] in circumference and 3 feet [0.91m] high' recorded in John Breen's land in the 1940s (Schools Manuscript, Co. Kerry).
