The National Monuments Service's description

According to local information, the site of Kilbrean church is said to be amongst trees and immediately N of the group of houses towards the centre of the townland. It has not been precisely located. It is also believed locally that the architectural fragment (KE059-022----) was originally part of an altar or plaque from this church but it is more likely to be a fragment of a late 16th-century fireplace.
