The National Monuments Service's description

Mid/late 19th-century limekiln (L c. 6m E-W) built into field boundary on W side of minor road. Random rubble front wall (H 3.2m; Wth c. 3m) faces E. Central lintelled recess (H c. 1.7m; Wth c. 1.25m; D 1.4m). Top of kiln overgrown.
