The National Monuments Service's description

Within the interior of ringfort (KE059-034----), off-centre to S. Sub-oval area (dims. c. 7.2m E-W; c. 8m N-S) defined by bank (Wth 4m; int. H 0.35m ext. H 0.75m) SE->W->NW; gap (Wth c. 0.75m) at NNW; bank (Wth 4.55m; int. H 0.65m; ext. H 0.2m) levelled out N->SE. L-shaped depression (dims. c. 2.2m N-S; short return c. 2m to E; max. D 0.65m) off-centre to W. Probable collapse into a souterrain, which has subsequently been backfilled and material banked up around it for safety purposes; possible that material from the levelled ringfort bank NW->N->ESE was used in this process.
