The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, at the summit of a hill. The rath is indicated on the 1894 OS 6-inch map as a circular enclosure (diam. c. 45m) crossed by a NNW-SSE field boundary to the SW of the centre. The enclosing earthen bank (Wth 6.8m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 1.55m) survives NW-S abutting the field boundary at SW. No visible surface trace of the rath is evident on the SW side of the field boundary. The interior is domed, in keeping with the profile of the hill top. According to local information, this rath was used as a children's burial ground (KE059-015001-).
