The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, on high ground c. 40m W of Caherdean House. A circular area (32m E-W; 27m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 5.65m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 0.5m) W-E and by a scarp (H 1.4m) E-W. Trees are situated at irregular intervals along the bank and the scarp. There are some deciduous trees in the level interior which is occupied by old farm machinery. There is a possible souterrain (KE058-007001-) in the interior.
