The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on a SE-facing slope. A circular area (diam. c. 38m) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 4.2m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 3.5m) NE-NW, truncated by a farmyard NW-N and levelled N-NE. The interior has been infilled recently with earth and stone, raising it to the same level as the farmyard. Field boundaries radiate externally from the S arc. A souterrain (KE057-030001-) is associated with the rath. This is probably the 'one ringed fort' recorded in the 1940s on John Moirarty's land (Schools Manuscript, Co. Kerry).
