Cloghaunatober/Clochán an Tobair: In rough mountain terrain on the SE slopes of Sea Hill. Foundations of a circular corbelled drystone hut with 2 small wall niches in the interior. D: 3.5m. H: 1.7m. Abutting its SE side are the ruins of a rectangular structure of uncertain function.
The above description is derived from J. Cuppage, ‘Corca Dhuibhne. Dingle Peninsula archaeological survey. Ballyferriter. Oidhreacht Chorca Dhuibhne’ (1986), no. 1245. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
