The National Monuments Service's description
In 2011 a graveyard survey carried out by Ann Frykler and Robert Hanbidge of Headland Archaeology Ltd. recorded the following details about a possible holed stone (Miscellaneous No. 16): ‘Partially protruding from the earth, piece of old red sandstone with central hole, also forming gravemarker to Grave No. 402’ (Hanbidge 2011, 13).
