The National Monuments Service's description
There is no visible trace of the circular univallate enclosure marked on the OS maps. It was located about 250m from the E side of Dingle Harbour and the area has now been turned into a playing-field.
The above description is derived from J. Cuppage, ‘Corca Dhuibhne. Dingle Peninsula archaeological survey. Ballyferriter. Oidhreacht Chorca Dhuibhne’ (1986), no. 680. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
