The National Monuments Service's description
On E side of Glanfahan river. A clochaun (KE052-211----) now obscured by a field clearance cairn. About 7.5m to N, a large horizontal slab, protruding from the hillside, marks the entrance to a drystone-built souterrain passage (KE052-211001-) which is now inaccessible due to the low height (.24m) of the opening. Macalister (1899, 251-2) noted 2 chambers connected by a narrow opening. The outer chamber, aligned WSW-ENE, was 3m long x 1.2m high. The creepway measured .6m high x .3m wide, and the inner chamber was 3m long NNE-SSW x 1.5m wide.
