The National Monuments Service's description
Reported to the Archaeological Survey of Ireland as the cropmark of an enclosure. In level pasture. Low profile remains of an oval area (dims. c. 14m N-S; 18m E-W) defined by traces of a levelled scarp (Wth 4m; H 0.2m) NW-NE; subtle traces of levelled scarp SE->SW; Levelled out to E and W. Slight depression at NE may represent the remains of a possible fosse. This potential enclosure is slightly elevated compared to rest of field, however it is very subtle. Interior level and monument incorporated into field as pasture. No potential archaeological feature depicted at this location upon historic mapping.
