The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, on an elevated area with a view over the surrounding countryside in all directions. This upright stone (H 1.8m; 1.3m x 0.9m) is rectangular in plan and narrows slightly towards its top. It is orientated NNE-SSW. It displays one cup-mark on top and at least seven cup-marks (diam. 0.04-0.05m; D 0.02-0.03m) on its SSW face. (Dunne and Dennehy 1999, 45)
