The National Monuments Service's description

An overgrown road bridge (Wth 5.2m; long axis NE-SW) spanning a tributary of the Oughreagh River. It is built of random rubble and has a single semicircular arch (span 2m) with roughly shaped voussoirs. The parapets have concrete coping. This bridge carries the Killarney-Castleisland road which was built in the mid-18th century. (Castleisland District Archaeological Survey)
