A circular univallate rath situated on fairly level land at the lowest and most westerly point of the ridge which extends W from Flemingstown mountain. The earthen enclosing bank is a maximum of 1.25m high externally and averages c. 0.55m high internally. The entrance gap at SE has been enlarged to a width of c. 6m. A large pile of field clearance stones occupies the NE part of the interior which is otherwise featureless.
