The National Monuments Service's description
There is no visible trace of the circular univallate enclosure marked on the OS maps. It was situated on a gentle NW facing slope at the W end of the low ridge that extends W from Flemingstown mountain.
The above description is derived from J. Cuppage, ‘Corca Dhuibhne. Dingle Peninsula archaeological survey. Ballyferriter. Oidhreacht Chorca Dhuibhne’ (1986), no. 604. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
