The National Monuments Service's description
The souterrain recorded here in 1936 (KAS), on level pastureland c. 200m S of a group of 3 ringforts (KE044-057---, KE044-058----, KE044-059----) is not now accessible. It apparently was comprised of 2 chambers linked by a low creepway which was entered through an arch stone at ground level. Only one drystone-built chamber, c. 0.9m wide and 1.06m high, was accessible as both the creepway and the 2nd chamber to E were blocked by fill.
