This pair of standing stones is located on a low ridge between Dromavally Bog to W and a further tract of bogland to E. Although some fields in the immediate vicinity have been reclaimed, the stones themselves stand in a deposit of peat now .5m deep. The larger stone measures 1.83m in height, 1.95m in maximum width and c. 0.3m in thickness. The smaller stone stands .75m to E and is 1.6m high (1.8m high on S side where peat has been removed), 1.18m wide and .23m thick. A stone bearing cup-and-circle designs was located c. 150m to W in the adjoining townland (KE044-026----).
