Keatings Well/Tobar Chéitinn: According to An Seabhac (1939, 123), this is not a holy well. However, an alternative name for the site is 'Tobar Naomh Céitinn’ (Ó Danachair 1960, 78) and there is a local tradition that rounds were made here 'hundreds of years ago'.

The above description is derived from J. Cuppage, ‘Corca Dhuibhne. Dingle Peninsula archaeological survey. Ballyferriter. Oidhreacht Chorca Dhuibhne’ (1986), no. 955. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
