The National Monuments Service's description
This low orthostat, now used as a scratching post by cattle, stands at the foot of Reenconnell, on gently sloping pastureland broken sporadically with rock outcrop, and overlooks to S the broad valley drained by the Milltown river and its tributaries. It is 1.5m high, 1.25m wide and a maximum of .6m thick; NE-SW. It has not been previously recorded.
