The National Monuments Service's description
A stone which acted as a door lintel to a cabin in this townland and later as a gap-post was inscribed with a plain cross. It was removed to the National School in Ballyferriter but is now missing (information: D. Ó Conchúir). It was reputed to have originally come from Teampall Bán (KE042-052----) in Caherquin townland (O' Sullivan 1931, 523).
