The National Monuments Service's description
A standing stone situated on gently sloping land between the W slopes of Croaghmarhin and the sea N of Clogher Head. It stands 1.38m high and measures .82m at base across its S face; E-W.
The above description is derived from J. Cuppage, ‘Corca Dhuibhne. Dingle Peninsula archaeological survey. Ballyferriter. Oidhreacht Chorca Dhuibhne’ (1986), no. 113. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
