The National Monuments Service's description
Cahernagat/Cathair na gCat: Roughly circular univallate ringfort KE042-072---- is situated on the W slopes of Reenconnell below the pass between the latter and Lateevemore. Gallarus oratory (KE042-071004-) is located only about 50m to W and the Saint's road passes less than 100m to E.
Hut sites: Two circular stone huts, their walls now reduced to banks of stone collapse up to 1.3m high. The NE structure KE042-072001- is c. 5.3m in diameter internally and the SW (KE042-072003-) only c. 3.8m. There is no evidence for entrances.
