The National Monuments Service's description
'This small fulacht fiadh is located in an area of extensive wetlands in the townland of Bealagrellagh, adjacent to the modern roadway anf running along the banks of a small stream. The site is located in the centre of a small irregular shaped field and consists of a small, generally circular mound 5.3m in diameter with a trough measuring 3.1m by 2m opening to the south - south-west. The mound remains to a height of 0.55m.'
