The National Monuments Service's description
'Located on gently sloping ground above a low, sheer cliff on the eastern side of the Srahanatorin stream, just south of its confluence with a smaller stream. The site affords expansive views to the north, east and west. The site has been badly interfered with and is composed of a jumble of stones that has been formed into a sheepfold in more recent times. However on the southern side of this more modern construction and partly hidden beneath it are the stone foundations of a circular hut. The hut measures 3.4m east to west and the foundations, partly covered in peat, suggest a wall width of 0.6m.No entrance can be discerned. It is probable that the stone for the sheepfold that partly obscures the site was taken from the collapsed hut. There are a number of slab like stones in the area of the hut, two of which stand on edge, partly covered by peat, and may represent field walls.'
