The National Monuments Service's description
This is enclosure 'D' described by the 'Dingle Peninsula Archaeological Survey' (see report in SMR file) as a 'walled enclosure'. According to the report, a trackway (C) lies to the N and NW of this enclosure. It is described as a stone built track c. 1.4m wide and runs E of an enclosure (KE037-072----) for a distance of c. 26m then turns S for another 6m before disappearing. This enclosure (KE037-072001-) is located just to the SW of the turn in the track.
