The National Monuments Service's description
In open mountain terrain at the head of Com Amhais. A subcircular corbelled drystone hut which still retains its roof. Four wall-cupboards in the interior. Two lintelled entrances, neither over .6m in height. D: 3.05 to 3.5m. H: 2.65m. Nearby are remains of sheep-shelters and -pens. The OS noted only a roughly-built sheep-shelter at this location in the early 19th century (OSM). Therefore, it seems likely that the corbelled hut is of relatively recent construction.
