On W slopes of Brandon mountain. A subcircular, corbelled drystone hut KE034-078----.
About 6m to S is a small rockshelter, and a little to W is a sheep-shelter apparently built on the ruins of a 2nd hut KE034-078001-.
The above description is derived from J. Cuppage, ‘Corca Dhuibhne. Dingle Peninsula archaeological survey. Ballyferriter. Oidhreacht Chorca Dhuibhne’ (1986), no. 1092. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
