The National Monuments Service's description
At the edge of the flat boggy plain drained by the lower reaches of the Feohanagh river. A pair of conjoined, oval to circular huts, and a souterrain (KE034-017002-).
A 3rd possible hut KE034-017003- to SE of the smaller hut KE034-017001- is roughly triangular in outline and measures 4 x 4m internally.
The above description is derived from J. Cuppage, ‘Corca Dhuibhne. Dingle Peninsula archaeological survey. Ballyferriter. Oidhreacht Chorca Dhuibhne’ (1986), no. 1107. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
