The National Monuments Service's description

'This complex is located on and around the base of a waulsortian mudmound or limestone reef known as "Rosky Hill", situated on the immediate southern side of a small east-west running stream, 385m to the east of the similar complex RMP KE029-110----. An unusual enclosure (KE029-297----) forms the main element of the complex. The enclosure is partly located on the flat improved land at the base of the reef and partly on the south facing slope of the reef itself, giving the site a shallow V-shaped profile. The enclosing bank of the enclosure on the flat improved land has probably been flattened to a large extent but it is still clearly visible. The bank is composed of a mixture of earth and stone and is 7.5m in maximum width, remaining to a height of 0.48m externally and 0.25m internally. As it moves up onto the south facing slope of the reef the bank is composed entirely of stone and uses protruding bedrock in its construction. It is on average 1.2m in width and remains to an internal and external height of 0.30m. A low stone cairn is centrally located, just where the enclosure rises up onto the south facing slope of the reef. The cairn is 2.2m in diameter and remains to 0.22m in height. Overall dimensions of the enclosure on the north-south axis are shortened by the exaggerated profile, however the internal measurement east-west is 21.4m. The surface of the reef also bears stretches of stone bank (KE029-298----) meandering around the upper edge on the southern side and down the eastern slope. These stone banks are on average 1.3m in width and between 0.35 and 0.5m in height. The longest stretch of bank measures 7.5m.'
